Grown at 2,200 masl, this washed Geisha, one of the farm’s flagship lots, reflects Pablo’s innovative approach to high-altitude farming, combining agroforestry and meticulous processing to achieve clarity and complexity in the cup. It’s a coffee that has also followed us onto the competition stage, brewed twice by Stefan at the Brewers Cup. We’ve visited the farm three times, witnessing firsthand the care and dedication behind this work.
