El Palmo
History
El Palmo is a washed coffee from the region of Cajamarca. This is a coffee big on sweetness and fruity flavours. Think of the sweetness of sugar cane and the juicy acidity of yellow plum. Such an enjoyable coffee to drink.
As a very active farmer with big aspirations, Walter Parades Dias runs the show at El Palmo, and he is fully committed to producing specialty coffee. By implementing proper farm management practices, he pays extra attention to protecting coffee trees from excessive rainfall and plagues.
We have decided to roast this coffee as omni roast, which means it can be enjoyed equally as espresso and filter.
