During our 2025 trip to Peru, Fede and Mikolaj visited Santa Teresa Farm in Amazonas, where they spent time with Andrés and his family and saw firsthand the work behind his coffees. Santa Teresa is a seven-hectare farm planted entirely with geisha at 1,600–1,700 masl, managed using organic farming practices that support both cup quality and long-term sustainability.
