La Indonesia Bourbon Sidra Natural
History
We have been working with Frank Rivas Torres for 5 years, Torres is a Q Grader and the passionate manager of Finca La Indonesia, alongside his siblings Juan Angel, Gabriel and Yorgeny. Carrying forward the legacy of their grandfather, Marco Antonio Torres, one of La Union’s first coffee growers more than 80 years ago. Frank continues to nuture the family’s tradition with an unwavering focus on quality. At La Indonesia, carefully selected varieties are grown with thoughtful farming practices and meticulous processing, reflecting Frank’s scientific approach and deep connection to the land. The result is a beautifully expressive coffee, with notes of dark plum, fine chocolate, and a delicate winey character that reveal both the care behind the process and the unique character of Nariño.
