Nuwa Senchi
History
From Nuwa Senchi in Amazonas, Peru, this coffee is the first harvest from Sonia Diaz’s Geisha, Marshell, and Bourbon plants. It is also our first purchase from Sonia, following our visit to her farm and continued collaboration in Jaén. Grown at 1,800–1,950 meters above sea level, this coffee reflects Sonia’s focus on quality, traceability, and careful processing. Through Nuwa Senchi, she is also creating new opportunities for Amazonian women and the next generation of coffee producers.
