History

Limited Release for our 10 year Annivarsary!

Emerson Felipe Narváez's journey into specialty coffee is anything but ordinary, having worked as a soldier, builder, and baker before discovering coffee, a passion that led him to become a certified Q Grader and one of Nariño's most innovative producers. Driven by a vision to produce exceptional coffee, he established Finca El Turpial in a remote, high-altitude landscape accessible only by horseback, where he continues to experiment with some of the world's rarest and most challenging coffee varieties, including Laurina. His Laurina, a rare and notoriously challenging variety with naturally low caffeine, it is grown with extraordinary care and processed using his signature Natural 7 Days fermentation. The result is a vibrant and expressive cup, balancing the refined sweetness Laurina is known for with notes of mandarin orange, tropical fruit, and a distinctive wine-like character.

Only 500 bags available.
Riso printed bookmark included in every order.
