Guanacaste
History
This is our first year working with Guanacaste, a coffee sourced from the renowned Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. The name Guanacaste pays homage to Costa Rica’s national tree, symbolising strength, community, and deep roots, just like the producers behind this coffee. Coffee in Tarrazú is a family tradition. During the harvest, entire families come together to pick, sort, and process cherries, while maintaining the farms year-round. Guanacaste is a reflection of this collective effort and the region’s unique terroir.
Guanacaste is a classic Round & Sweet coffee. Sweet, balanced and smooth, we experience flavours of almond and caramel with a light stone fruit acidity. Either to have on the espresso grinder to pair well with all your milk-based beverages, or shining by itself as black filter coffee. This is a crowd-pleasing coffee, aimed for everybody to enjoy.
