El Obraje Geisha
History
This is our seventh year working with this exceptional coffee from El Obraje in Tangua, Colombia, produced by Cup of Excellence winner Pablo Guerrero. Grown at 2,200 masl, this washed Geisha, one of the farm’s flagship lots, reflects Pablo’s innovative approach to high-altitude farming, combining agroforestry and meticulous processing to achieve clarity and complexity in the cup. It’s a coffee that has also followed us onto the competition stage, brewed twice by Stefan at the Brewers Cup. We’ve visited the farm three times, witnessing firsthand the care and dedication behind this work. El Obraje stands as a benchmark for quality, sustainability, and forward-thinking coffee production.![]()
